Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All transactions on the gokens Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gokens does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by gokens as promptly as practicable, typically within minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary. gokens reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gokens reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gokens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if gokens has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gokens' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gokens account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. gokens is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

gokens reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if gokens determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your gokens account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13.

Nothing in this clause shall limit gokens' right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
